I always felt as though the death penalty should be eliminated because nobody has the right to take a life. I believe that life in prison is harder than getting the death penalty. Killing a man who killed someone/people never brings the other person back and two wrongs don’t make a right. I think that the death penalty is the easy way out because they aren’t suffering anymore. The families of the deceased person are always the ones who suffer the most and they didn’t commit the crime. A person rotten in prison is much harder than death I would imagine. Even though the death penalty could take a few hours depending on the state and the method, it’s nothing compared to a person spending life in prison constantly thinking about his actions that led him there.
