Warden Reflection

It was very difficult being a warden because even though you’re the boss, you still have a boss to answer to. There were decisions that I made to satisfy everyone but somehow somebody was affected by it and somebody was dissatisfied. The prisoners wanted to voice their opinions on the things that needed to be fixed around the prison so I wanted to be the one to give them a voice. Because of my decisions I was forced to make some tough decisions or my only other option was to get fired. I couldn’t lose my job trying to please everyone so it was difficult for me, beings as though I would like to please everyone. Any decision I made somebody was questioning it, so that made it tough. The only time I did a “good job” was when I did things they wanted me to do. I always felt as though prisoners are still human so they have a right and a certain say so to things. In prisons they try to take a prisoners right away because they’re imprisoned and I don’t think it’s fair. My score was a 30 at the end of the game.
